Zucchini Pie

4 cups zucchini

1 cup onion

1/4-1/2 cup margarine

2 Tablespoons parsley

1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/4 teaspoon garlic, basil and oregano

2 beaten eggs

8 oz cheese, muenster

1 package Crescent Dinner Rolls – crust

Spread crescent rolls in a pie plate, press seams together.  Melt the Margarine.  Saute the zucchini, onion for about 10 minutes.  Add parsley, salt and pepper, garlic, basil and oregano.  Add cup of cheese and the two eggs.  Place over the crust in the pie pan

Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
