Chinese Salad

1/2 head of cabbage

1 package ramen noodles broken

1/8 cup sesame seeds

2-3 Tablespoons butter

3 oz almonds slivers

3 green onions

Brown broken noodles in butter with almonds and seeds until golden, cool.  Chop cabbage and onion mix with cooled noodle mixture.

Dressing

1/3 cup salad oil

1/4 cup vinegar

1 tsp or to taste soy sauce

1/3 cup sugar

Mix together then combine with cabbage mixture.
