Colleen’s Creamy Crockpot Chicken

1 envelope good seasonings Italian Dressing

1 can cream mushroom soup

1/2 cup water

12 ozs uncooked skinless chicken breast or skinless boneless thighs.

5 Tablespoons butter

8 oz cream cheese

Put butter in bottom of crockpot and place chicken.  Sprinkle dressing mix over top.  Cook on low for 4-5 hours.  Add cream cheese, soup, and water.  Cook on high for additional 1/2 hour.  Stir together and break chicken apart.  Service over hot noodles.
