Smoothie in a bag

Wash and chop kale, bananas and strawberries, then freeze them, for breakfast we add a splash of almond milk and vanilla protein powder in the blender, It makes for a fast easy breakfast in the morning.

Each bag has 2 cups of kale (or big fistful) I chopped banana, and 3-4 strawberries depending on size, we add 1/2 c almond milk and a scoop of protein powder, of course that’s up to individual preferences, it makes two big glasses.
