Prep Time: 1 hour
Cook Time: 12 minutes
Bake 375 for 10-12 minutes for crust until golden brown cool completely.
Ingredients:
1st Step
- ¾ c sugar
- 1/3 c margarine or shortening softened
- 1/3 c veg oil
- 1T milk
- 11/2 t almond extract
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 c flour
- 1-1/2 t baking power
- ¼ t salt
2nd step
- 1 – 8oz cream cheese softened
- 1/3 c sugar
- ½ t vanilla
3rd step
- 1 can mandarin oranges (reserve juice)
- 1 can chunked pineapple (reserve juice)
- 1 -2 bananas sliced the round way
- 1-2 kiwi peeled and sliced half rounds
- Raspberry, blueberries, black berries, strawberries
4th step
- ¼ c sugar
- 2 T cornstarch
- ¼ t lemon juice concentrate
- 1 c mandarin orange juice
- ¼-1/2 pineapple juice
Instructions:
1st step
Beat with mixer until fluffy and creamy then add the dry ingredients, Mix and blend in until mixed well. Spread onto ungreased pizza pan 15 x 10 x 1
2nd step
Beat until fluffy. Spread over the cooled crust evenly
3rd Step
Arrange fruit
Use whatever fruits you want. Fruit in season, but have to have pineapple and mandarin oranges. Blue berries or raspberries around the rim. Layer your fruit in a circle. Be creative just give it color.
4th Step
Glaze
In cold sauce pan add
Cook over medium high heat until thickened boil 1 minute. Stir until semi clear
Cool completely.
5th Step
Spread the cool glaze over the entire fruit and then refrigerate at minimum 1 hour before serving. Store in refrigerator. Cut in small pizza slices.
